The First-Year Analyst program
The program is an opportunity to accelerate your career as part of an ambitious organisation where you are expected to deliver from day 1. You will be on a steep learning curve that enables you to take on added responsibility after your first 18 months. To support your development, we offer personal and professional training activities, networking with other junior analysts as well as exposure to key decision makers. After the 18 months, we will continue to focus on your personal and professional development.
As a First-Year Analyst you will have the opportunity to get to the very core of financial markets and learn about a broad range of financial instruments. You will get immediate contact with our clients, where you will be exposed to challenging tasks.
Your success during the daily challenges will often depend on your ability to communicate and involve other members from various teams and other departments of Danske Bank.
