Danske Bank’s Corporate & Institutional division is looking for ambitious First Year Analysts to join our Capital Markets, CIB and FIC teams in Helsinki.

As First Year Analyst you will join a business unit where we serve large corporate and institutional clients with complex financing and transaction needs and help them prosper and grow. We offer expertise in funding, risk management, investment services and comprehensive, award-winning transaction banking solutions.

We believe that an inclusive and diverse culture is a key lever in reaching our goals and we therefore look for First Year Analysts with different types of personality, background, skills and gender.

About the business units

Capital Markets advises customers on how to maintain financing structures, both under steady conditions and for organic growth. We help customers grow, excel and flourish in their industry. Drawing on our experience and the in-depth industry knowledge of our research analysts, we continue to position new ideas and differentiated stories in the right context to achieve optimal investor attention. Moreover, listed derivatives, exchange traded funds and structured products play a significant role in our offering to clients.

Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) owns and allocates capital on all large corporate and institutional customers and initiates and drives strategic dialogue with these customers. Based on this, CIB facilitates the relevant products and services in collaboration with the product units. We have an ongoing strategic dialogue with the customers regarding their business strategy and capital structure. As part of this setup, we lead the customer teams.

FIC (Fixed Income and Currencies) focuses on sales, trading and macroeconomic research services. We provide our clients with extensive product offering in fields of foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives, fixed income and credit bonds. Our services range from risk hedging advice for corporate clients to investment strategies with institutional investors. As a member of FIC-team you will learn to provide fast pricing in various e-platforms but also to model complex multi asset class solutions.
