We hope to find a talented and enthusiastic person who is first and foremost passionate about corporate finance and wants to learn and grow professionally within our high-performing team.

About the position
We work in tight project teams, where everyone’s input counts and seamless collaboration is vital. Therefore, in the role of an Analyst, team-working skills as well as your ability to perform high-quality analysis independently are essential. As a part of our team you are responsible for providing financial and strategic advice of the highest standard in M&A and equity capital markets transactions, advising leading Finnish and international corporations, private equity firms and other financial investors. The daily work varies, but your tasks might include for example different kinds of financial analysis, valuations and market analyses as well as preparing presentation materials for client meetings. You will get to work in very interesting and challenging projects with a wide range of clients and thus meet with inspiring leaders and skilled professionals from various industries.

We offer an international work environment within financial markets and investment banking, a steep learning curve and competitive benefits. In Helsinki office collaboration is easy when all your local colleagues are right next to you. Our success is based on the skills of our professionals, which we respect as our most valuable asset. Therefore, it is important for us to have a truly excellent, caring company culture and a strong team spirit.

Your profile
We expect you to be ambitious, hard-working and willing to learn. You should have a suitable study background from a university, for example, from business or technical studies such as finance or industrial engineering. You have already graduated or are finishing your Master’s level studies soon. In addition, you have a strong analytical mind-set, a true team-player attitude, good communication skills and excellent command of both Finnish and English. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage. We also hope that you have gained some relevant prior work experience, for example, from an internship in investment banking or management consulting.
